    MW Restaurant held a special tasting event featuring six dishes using ingredients such as oysters from Hiroshima, konjac, yukari seasoning, soy sauce, rice, etc. to commemorate the visit of Kazumi Matsui, a mayor from Hiroshima, which is also a sister city of Honolulu. All those dishes are not on the regular menu at MW but were cooked in ways that emphasized the restaurant’s overall style and taste.
